Terms of Service

By accessing or using Naty Ross's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Naty Ross provides business mentorship and coaching services, including but not limited to: one-on-one and group mentorship, the S.E.X.Y & WOW methodology, conscious AI automation guidance, public speaking and workshops, and curated business resources. Service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements or proposals.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines • Provide access to required accounts, assets, and platforms as needed for service delivery • Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials we provide • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Invoices are due upon receipt or by the date specified • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding balances • Naty Ross reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Upon full payment of all fees, Naty Ross assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for the client (websites, copy, designs). Naty Ross retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, frameworks, and AI systems used to deliver services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Naty Ross's proprietary materials without written consent.

Our website, mentorship content, and any recommended tools may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to: • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Impersonate any person or entity • Send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law (spam) • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naty Ross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Naty Ross in the three months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve specific business results. Marketing and growth results depend on many variables including market conditions, client responsiveness, and third-party platform policies. Any projected outcomes are estimates and not guarantees.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, client data, pricing, and proprietary methodologies. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Naty Ross may immediately terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay outstanding invoices after notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to all fully-paid deliverables. Ongoing subscription services will cease at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
